The 2017 international product design award winning Dali chair features an innovative reverse-tufting technique that when sewn in a contrasting color across the back, creates a three-dimensional effect similar to the cascade of floating petals. The leather “petals” are cut by hand and may have the appearance of raw edges, jagged cuts and imperfections. Evidence of the artisan’s hand is considered part of the beauty of Dali. Indeed, Dali delights the eye with its artful color contrasts, edgy urban spirit and playful geometric shapes. Dali is only available in leather with metal legs. Why Nathan Anthony?
