An elegant outdoor lighting collection designed by Philippe Starck, In Vitro (translates to inside glass) modernizes the classic lantern into a contemporary structure. The collection of glowing glass lanterns blends craftsmanship and technology in a singular design, concealing the LED light source at the top to appear magically lit. Its slim glass dome emanates a warm, atmospheric glow using EDGE LED technology hidden by an opalescent diffuser, protected by an aluminum shield.
The body is powder coated and comes in various finishes. Integrated LED light source with Edge Lighting optical technology to guarantee perfect uniform lighting. Integrated 120V ON/OFF or dimmable electrical supply. The unit comes with watertight plug for connection to the electrical network. The device may be installed on any flooring with anchors. Box for installing on flooring laid over concrete may be ordered separately.
